What payment methods can I use?

  • KLARNA: Buy and pay how you want and when you want. With Klarna, you can pay for your orders in the time you need safely. In addition, it offers you three options so that you can find your ideal payment method.
    • Pay in 3 installments without interest: Without interest or commissions, you just have to enter your credit or debit card and you will be charged the first amount after a month.
    • Pay your order instantly: Pay your order through a bank transfer.
    • Pay after receiving your order: Pay your order 30 days after receiving it. So you have time to test it. In addition, without commissions or interest, as long as it is paid within the established period.


How much are the shipping costs? In how much time will my request be delivered?

Shipping costs are free for orders over € 25 for the Iberian Peninsula (including mainland Portugal), if your order does not exceed € 25, shipping costs are from € 4.99 depending on the destination and company chosen. How do you send my order home?

Depending on the selected shipping rate, your order will arrive through Post, MRW, GLS or DHL according to your choice when finishing the order. You can consult more information about delivery times in our section shipping methods.


How can I know if you have received my order?

Once you complete the purchase process, you will automatically receive an email with the details of your order. You can check the status of your order in your TheGlamtown account (provided that you have previously registered to make the purchase) or consult us through our email.

How can I know the status of my order?

Once your client session has started on our website, you can access the section My account, where you can check your order history, that is, all the orders made to date in TheGlamtown and see what status they are in.

Every time your order changes status we will send you an email informing you.


What are the different states my order goes through?

Your order goes through different states, from when you place it at until you receive it at your home address. At each change of status, we will send you an email so that you can learn about the situation. You can also check it through your customer account or send us an email to and we will be delighted to help you.

  • Order confirmation: Your order has been processed correctly and we will proceed to prepare it shortly.
  • Sent: the order has left our warehouse and has been delivered to the courier company chosen by the customer.
  • Refunded: after a change in the order, item or return of the same, we have already made a refund of the total or partial amount of the order.
  • Cancelled: You have requested the cancellation of your order or the payment has not been processed correctly.


What do I do if a product is out of stock at TheGlamtown?

We try to keep our stock up to date and the products updated, but if the product you want is not available on any occasion, we can notify you when I return to TheGlamtown, adding your email to the waiting list. You can do it from the product itself, adding your email in the box that appears and we will notify you when it is available.


My order does not arrive and it has been several days, what can I do?

Surely, on special occasions such as Sales, Kings or Christmas, due to the high volume of orders, the courier companies are saturated and delivery times can be lengthened. We will send you an email with the tracking number of your order as soon as it leaves our warehouses. If you can't see the tracking, you can call the shipping company or write to us at and we will resolve the situation on the fly.


I have received a message that says "Issuer postpones collection" What does it mean?

The delivery men arrive at an hour in the afternoon and collect all the orders already prepared. To get the job done and the more packages the better, we keep working until late in the afternoon. In the warehouse we mark them as "shipped" but the courier would come to pick them up the next day. This can also happen on Saturdays: we make the packages but the courier picks them up on Mondays.


Can I create a list with all the products that I like and have them collected in a Wishlist?

In order to access your Wish List you must be registered and / or logged into your session. Then you can access it from your account, in the section "My Wish List"

To add a product to your list, you can do so by clicking on the heart that appears in the overview or by clicking "Add to my wish list" on the specific product (it appears just below the photo).
